Elizabeth is an executive coach and facilitator specialising in evidence based approaches to enhancing performance. Prior to founding her practice in coaching and training Elizabeth held senior marketing and executive positions in five of Australia’s leading pharmaceutical companies.

After spending time as a researcher at the CSIRO division of Biotechnology, Elizabeth’s early career focused on sales and marketing positions within the healthcare sector. During that time her achievements included classic sales and marketing objectives such as sales growth and product launches and winning an advertising award for a migraine campaign. She also instigated a number of social initiatives including global education programs for both neonatal intensive care and women with epilepsy, and an international art scholarship to support artists with epilepsy.

Since that time she has worked as a management consultant, trainer and coach. The focus of her work has been the integration of evidence-based self-care and evidence-based coaching techniques to enhance executive performance and improve health outcomes for both executives and people with chronic illness. Her current career interest has extended to include the focus of her PhD research – how to predict and improve leadership performance in dynamic environments.

Revel Gordon is an executive coach who works with CxOs, senior executives and people identified as high potentials in large, complex organisations.

He has lived and worked in Australia, France and the Netherlands and has coached at tier one organisations in most major industries around the world. Anne Bartlett is highly experienced coaching and human resources professional who possesses extensive experience in a number of industries including engineering; education; insurance; pharmaceutical; medical diagnostics; biotechnology; business services, finance, IT, FMCG and the public sector.

Her most recent corporate position was Director, Human Resources Australia & New Zealand for Dun & Bradstreet where her human resources expertise was also utilized for D&B’s sister companies, Moodies and AC Neilsen. This position also included responsibility for learning and development initiatives for the Asia/Pacific region and supporting the US head office in restructuring their recruitment and selection programs. Prior to this position, Anne held significant strategic and operational human resources positions in a variety of organizational settings and sectors.

Anne has undertaken a number of assignments in the coaching and human resources arena. Her most significant assignments include Manager, Career Services for the former Mt Eliza Business School where coaching services were provided for MBA students and feedback coaching for course participants attending leadership development programs at Mt Eliza Executive Education. Coaching assignments have included programs for middle and senior managers for Victoria’s largest electricity distributor; Telstra, Australian Federal Police based in Canberra; a number of 1st tier legal firms, the FMCG sector, the resources sector, the health sector, multinational IT companies and with Leadership 21 (a Department of Innovation initiative supporting the SME sector). Anne’s experience also includes mentoring programs for high performance managers for Hewlett Packard and Jetstar and delivering programs with one of Australia’s largest outplacement providers.

Human Resources assignments include Ansett Australia, Ericssons Australia, Fosters Brewing, Royal Melbourne University of Technology; Chiron, Pharmaust Australia and Connetics Australia.
