Tim and several associates are accredited SHL practitioners. We consider SHL’s comprehensive candidate selection solutions such as inductive / abstract, numerical, verbal and personality in all of our Pre-Employment Testing – Assessment and Selection projects.

Our comprehensive analytical reports provide clients with deeper people insights, ensuring that the best fit candidates with and assurance that strong recruitment decisions are made.

The Leadership Circle Profile is a leadership assessment that measures and provides leaders feedback through the lens of the Universal Model. It is the only instrument that measures the two primary leadership domains – Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies – and integrates this information so that key opportunities for leadership development immediately rise to the surface. Tim and several associates are accredited Leadership Circle practitioners. We consider the Leadership Circle 360 degree Manager Edition or Executive Edition surveys in our Leadership Training and Talent Development programs as well as Executive and Leadership Coaching. We also consider The Leadership Culture survey for Team Coaching programs.

People don’t always fit in a box. The Hogan assessments offer the range of measurement required to understand people’s strengths, weaknesses, values, and approach to problem solving. The Hogan assessments predict performance. Tim and several associates are accredited Hogan practitioners.

We consider the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), Hogan Development Survey (HDS) and the Motives, Values, Preferences (MVPI) in Executive and Leadership Coaching assignments and pre-hire assessment – Assessment and Selection and selection projects. We also consider survey for Hogan High Performing Team Assessment (HPTA) Team Coaching  programs.
