Tim Hicks:

My journey, not only informs my approach but also inspires my clients to accelerate to performance levels previously thought to be unreachable. I bring an optimal mix of coaching theories & methodologies to my coaching that allows me to adapt and flex with my client's needs, enabling the creation of insights, and the development of strategies resulting in accelerated performance.

With a career spanning more than 20 years in multi national and ASX listed corporations, and 10 years as an executive coach, facilitator and leadership capability consultant I bring a wealth of experience from coaching across MNC’s, ASX listed, SME’s, government and NFP sectors.  I have over 2500 hours of coaching experience, hold a Master in Coaching Psychology (University of Sydney) and am a credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation.
