    1. Identify the need

    We collaborate to assess your overarching business objectives and the business needs that you’d like to address. We will get clarity on the changes you’d like to see because of coaching, and the expected results.

    2. Develop the solution

    Together, we will explore different options to determine the most effective approach, whether it be individual coaching, group coaching, or a combination of interventions. If coaching is not the best fit for your organisational goals, we will provide honest feedback.

    3. Determine necessary inputs

    We will work with you to evaluate your existing performance and cultural data and recommend tools such as self-rating assessments (Hogan, MTQ, Strengths Profiler, Wave), 360-degree feedback tools (The Leadership Circle, Hogan 360), or collaborate on creating custom interview and assessment processes.

    4. Identify the coach

    We will propose a coach or several coaches who based upon our dialogue so far, we agree will be the best fit. 

    5. Chemistry check

    The coach and coachee meet to explore the coaching remit, the coaching approach, and the personality “fit” important to optimising coaching outcomes. We will set up additional chemistry meetings until all parties are satisfied we have a foundation based on styles, needs and approaches for an optimal coaching alliance.

    6. Alignment session

    We often run alignment sessions where we work together to identify the coachee and line manager / key sponsor. We will conduct a three-way conversation at the start of the coaching program to build alignment on meta goals for the coaching, gather further

    7. Conduct coaching sessions

    Aimed at the individual coachee’s learning needs with a cadence allowing sufficient time for the coachee to practice “behavioural experiments” – trying new behaviours in the workplace and then reflecting on them in subsequent coaching sessions.

    8. Embedding behaviours

    We will set up a three-way meeting with the line manager / key sponsor to discuss insights and the coachee’s progress against developmental goals, and to confirm actions to ensure new behaviours are reinforced and incorporated in the workplace.

You’ll sense the effectiveness through your ability to take new perspectives, to see old challenges in new previously not seen ways, heightened confidence, and progress toward your goals. Additionally, consistent reflection and feedback sessions from those around you in the workplace, will help assess and track your growth journey. N.B. We'll get feedback from others around you through formal 360-degree surveys (with your permission) or through you sharing informal feedback from those you trust in the workplace to provide.
