    Organisations are increasingly requiring their employees to contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practices through behaviour’s that enable learning to occur e.g., voicing new ideas, collaborating with other members of the organization, and experimenting with new ways of doing things. The provision of a psychologically safe work environment (i.e., one in which employees feel safe to voice ideas, willingly seek feedback, provide honest feedback, collaborate, take risks and experiment, is one way to overcome such threats to individual and organizational learning

    Learning objectives

    By the end of this workshop participants will understand their role in creating a psychologically safe environment for their team and will have practical tools to help promote trust and inclusion. They will know how to build, maintain, and measure psychological safety and feel strong enough to encourage these behaviours in others.
