    What is Team and Group Coaching?

    Team coaching provides deep insights into the team dynamics and is designed to increase the collective capacity of the working group or team to work together, effectively engage with all their key stakeholder groups, jointly transform and perform. This is achieved through application of core coaching principles of assisted reflection, analysis and motivation for change. We partner with the team as a collective and individual members of the team when they are apart.

    1. Identify the need

    We collaborate to assess your overarching business objectives and the business needs that you’d like to address. We will get clarity on the changes you’d like to see because of coaching, and the expected results.

    2. Scoping & Contracting

    We clarify goals and time scales and how we ill measure outcomes of coaching.

    3. Process skills development

    Help the team acquire basic skills of learning dialogue.

    4. Coaching conversations

    Lead the coaching dialogue.

    5. Process review

    Briefly review coaching process at end of each session. Review in more depth every third session. 

    6. Process transfer

    Assist team to take more leadership of coaching conversation.

    7. Outcomes review

    Assist team to evaluate what has been achieved through coaching. Give feedback on team’s presentation to more senior management.

    03 What to expect from a team coaching engagement

    • We collaborate to assess the overarching business objectives that need to be addressed.
    • We will establish how ready the team is for team and group coaching.
    • We will conduct interviews and facilitated sessions to structure the performance objectives within the coaching investment. 
    • We undertake diagnostic work with key stakeholder groups
    • Team coaching sessions will happen in real time during the real work the team is called upon to deliver.
