Transition, Executive and Leadership Coaching
Stepping into a leadership role is a bold endeavour, one that takes strength and courage in the face of adversity. It involves confronting the status quo, driving transformation, and even eliciting discomfort as a champion of an idea. Being courageous requires an ability to gracefully respond to difficult situations and possess the fortitude to articulate the truth, even if it carries a certain degree of risk.
It necessitates embracing one's fear and rationality in order to advance the right cause, in spite of any harsh feedback. This type of courage is the bedrock of executive presence and confidence, as it pushes leaders to share their stance and make a lasting impression. My coaching approach is underpinned by courageous conversations to support those who seek to truly be brave, accelerate their performance and leadership impact.
Coaching
Executive and Leadership Coaching is a critical tool in equipping motivated and ambitious leaders to succeed in a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous working world. It provides a space of complete trust to foster personal growth, development, and experimentation with new ways of feeling, thinking and being.
Executive and leadership coaching is a well-established highly effective methodology that brings about improvements in personal, team and organisational performance. A large body of research has been published supporting the effectiveness of executive and leadership coaching..

Team Coaching
Team coaching is a learning intervention that is designed to increase the collective capacity and performance of a working group or team. This is achieved through application of core coaching principles of assisted reflection, analysis and motivation for change. I partner with the team as as collective and individual members of the team when they are apart. Very often I partner with coaching colleagues to optimise individual and team acceleration to high performance.
“Teamwork begins by building trust and the only way to do that is to overcome the need for invulnerability” Patrick Lencioni
